I need your help please

Most days, people ask me how they can help, and I don't know what to ask for. I'm now asking for your help please. Please ask your MP to sign and support this. https://edm.parliament.uk/early-day-motion/62418

Since Parliament have now returned, Max Wilkinson (my MP) has published an 'Early Day Motion’ (EDM) on my behalf regarding my #JoolsLaw petition. EDMs are a powerful tool in Parliament, used by MPs to raise awareness and call for action on important issues. They are crucial in building support and pressure for the government to address specific concerns. Here’s how you can help me please.

1. Contact Your MP: Ask them to sign the EDM. Explain why it matters to you.
2. Spread the Word: Share info on social media and tag your MP.

This is your chance to make your MP realise how difficult and traumatic it has been for me to try to obtain data from social media companies, which might give me answers as to why Jools chose to end his life at 14. It may not, but I feel as a parent, I should have a human right to try all angles to look for answers as to why my son is no longer alive. This includes forcing social media companies to hand over ALL data on children. How can our children sign T&Cs at 13 when we are responsible adults for them, and yet we don't have the right to see anything?

I do accept there are some privacy rights for children who are alive, and that needs a more extensive discussion with the people in the know on this subject. However, I still stand firm by my belief that as a parent to a deceased child, I SHOULD be able to see what my son was watching and his messages on his social media accounts.

Let’s use our voices to make an impact! #EDM #MakeChangeHappen #JoolsLaw
